About the Owner

Sue Ellen Lewis retired in January, 2004, after 25 years as a Public Relations professional in Louisiana State government and 11 years with other federal, local or state agencies and organizations prior to that.

She was an active participant in professional public relations and communications organizations in Louisiana and Oklahoma.

Sue Ellen is a member of the Bexar Senior Advisory Committee (San Antonio,, TX) and is a volunteer with the Alamo Service Connection, a part of the Bexar Area Agency on Aging, AACOG. She recently served as a counselor with SCORE (Senior Corps of Retired Executives), a volunteer group with the Small Business Administration.

She is self-employed, telecommuting from her home-based office.

bullet VR Election Services, Carrollton, TX--Wrote marketing/public relations materials, internet research, customer surveys.
bullet At the request of a local businessman, developed an informational tabloid newspaper (with advertising) supporting victims of crime and law enforcement agencies in the San Antonio and Bexar County area. It was called the San Antonio Crime Victims' Advocate (SACVA) NEWS. Served as Managing Editor for two years, doing all writing, editing, layout and design for this 16 to 24-page publication. Won one regional and one statewide award.
bullet Bexar Area Agency on Aging, AACOG, San Antonio--Produced
monthly electronic newsletter, weekly email "blasts" for the Alamo Service Connection.
bullet Retired State Employees Association of Louisiana, Baton Rouge--Wrote, designed and desktop published the  4 to 8 page quarterly Newsletter. Acted as liaison with printer.
